General information
- Check-in and check-out: the day of arrival the rooms/apartments are available as from 3:00 p.m. and the departure day they have to be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
- Accepted payment methods: cash and credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD).
- Early departure: the total amount of the remaining period booked will be charged.
- Reservations: are binding only after receipt of a written booking confirmation and advance payment of the deposit
- Dogs: are allowed only in summer upon prior request and at extra charge. They have no access to common areas.
- Elevator available for customers.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are accepted in written form only.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumer Code does not apply. Nonetheless, we are willing to grant the following conditions:
FREE CANCELLATION:
In the case restrictive measures impeding your holiday, such as lockdown, are taken by the authorities, you can choose between the refund of the deposit or issuance of a voucher which has to be used within 18 months of issue date.
In the other cases the following CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS apply:
- up to 31 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable
- 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the booked arrangement will be charged minus the deposit already paid
- 14 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount of the booked arrangement will be charged minus the deposit already paid
- As of 7 days before arrival or in the case of no show: 100% of the total amount of the booked arrangement will be charged minus the deposit already paid
- Late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount of the booked non-enjoyed days will be charged.
Travel insurance
The travel cancellation insurance covering also COVID-19 illness is highly advisable after perusal of the information on insurance coverage in the case of COVID-19 ILLNESS.
